M&S Bank Complaints & Claims
M&S Bank announced to compensate customers following credit card delays.
Have you recently applied for an M&S credit card?
Recent reports suggest that thousands of M&S Bank customers may be entitled to compensation due to delays in processing their credit card applications. It has come to our attention that several individuals who applied for credit cards with the bank in recent months have been left waiting for up to eight weeks to receive a response.
According to sources cited by The Sun, a surge in credit card applications has led to a backlog, resulting in customers experiencing significant delays in the approval process. Some customers have reportedly been waiting for up to two months to find out the status of their applications.
M&S Bank acknowledges that customers should typically hear back within five working days, with many eligible applicants receiving instant acceptance. However, due to the current backlog, this standard processing time has been greatly extended, causing frustration and inconvenience for many.
In recognition of the inconvenience caused by these delays, M&S Bank has offered an extra 500 M&S Rewards Points, equivalent to approximately £5 in-store, as a gesture of goodwill.
If you or someone you know has been a victim of M&S company and has presented a mis-selling claim to them and you think you have been mistreated with their delays, we want to hear from you. Please email us with your story in strict confidence at hello@shoout.com.
